How do I start a focus session?

Open Luxwend, choose a mode and pattern, pick how long you want to focus, and tap Begin. Then set your phone down and let the maze fill.

Why did my session end early?

That's by design. Touching the screen or leaving the app ends the session quietly — it's a gentle nudge to leave the phone alone until your focus time is complete. Just start again whenever you're ready.

What's the difference between Thread, Explore, and Linger?

Thread traces the single true path through the maze. Explore fans light into every corridor and lets dead ends fade. Linger is like Explore, but the light holds until every path is lit.

What do the patterns (Flow, Branch, Tangle, Even) do?

They change how each fresh maze is built — from long winding corridors (Flow) to dense, frequent branching (Tangle). Try a few to find the texture you like.

Can I set a custom focus length?

Yes. Alongside the quick presets, choose custom to set any length, from a few minutes to hours.

Does Luxwend collect any of my data?

No. Luxwend has no accounts, no tracking, and no network use — everything stays on your device. See our Privacy Policy for details.
