Privacy Policy
Luxwend is developed by Philip Mok ("we", "us"). Luxwend is built to be private: it collects no personal data, requires no account, and does not need a network connection. Everything the app does happens on your device.
Data we collect
None. Luxwend does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information. There are no user accounts, no sign-in, and no profiles.
Analytics and tracking
Luxwend contains no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party tracking SDKs. We do not track you across apps or websites, and there is no advertising identifier used by the app.
Network use
The app runs entirely offline. It does not send your session activity, settings, or any other information to us or to any third party.
On-device data
Luxwend stores a single non-personal setting on your device — whether you've already seen the app's intro screen — so it isn't shown on every launch. This value never leaves your device and isn't linked to you; deleting the app removes it. Your session choices (focus length, mode, and pattern) are held only in memory while the app is open and are not saved.
App Store
Luxwend is distributed through Apple's App Store. In connection with your download and use of the app, Apple may collect information (for example, aggregate download statistics or, if you opt in, crash diagnostics). That information is handled under Apple's Privacy Policy, not ours, and we do not receive information from Apple that identifies you.
Children's privacy
Luxwend does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children. Because no data is collected, no special handling is required.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in a future version of the app, the updated policy will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
